As a Coventry kid, community and giving back have always been extremely important to me and sits at the heart of everything I do.

I’ve spent nearly 30 years working in an industry (Estate Agency) that isn’t particularly known for ‘making a positive contribution’ – so I’ve had to work hard to go against the grain and build a reputation for doing things differently.

As a result, I’ve worked with some amazing clients, sold some of the most exclusive Prime Homes across Warwickshire, and have been out-performing ‘Global Estate Agents’ since I set up Heenay Joshi Property Expert just 4 years ago.

But, finding ways to support my community is more than just a ‘nice to do’ for me; it’s a mission – and one of the ways I try to be an inspiration and role model to my two young sons. Launching Stivichall Homes, one of England’s first community-based estate agencies, takes that mission to an exciting new level.

Up to 50% of our profit will go to local causes that help the most vulnerable among us. The remaining profits will be used to grow the business and reach other areas of Coventry so we can support even more causes.

As well as that, every time we complete on a property, we will donate £100 to a local school, church or charity of the Sellers’ choice.

I truly believe business should be done for good if we want our children to grow up in a world where everyone contributes positively to society in whatever way they can.
